All
the hype for Sex and the City 2 has led to me being drawn to desert
themed fashion editorials, although I think I've always had a
fascination for the desert. The desert landscape makes for the perfect
location for a dramatic fashion shoot. I love the bright colours and
prints in the Vogue Paris shoot with Natasha Poly. The neutral pieces in
the Harper's Bazaar Arabia shoot are interesting too. Each of the looks
work so well against the deep orange desert sand. When I visited Abu
Dhabi, I bought sash just like the one in the last pic, except mine is
hot pink. I've top it as a top and a belt, but never as a scarf. I'm
keen to try it now though :)
